MIAMI COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL

Claren Architecture re-imagined this existing K-12 charter school that was looking to expand their outreach into an under-served area of Miami through a new building. The 2-story, 42,000 square foot proposed middle & high school building would house 27 classrooms and 650 students. The existing building would be re-purposed to K-5 and renovated to provide additional classrooms.

By making the necessary improvements to the existing building the project stands to make a lasting impression and impact on the surrounding community. The design was created to satisfy the school’s current needs and plan for future growth.
