Claren Architecture + Design recently completed this transformation of a 1972 single story 1,800 SF East Boca Raton residence.

 

After a complete gut of the existing home and a two-story addition, this state-of-the-art home is now nearly 4,000 SF and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a two-car garage, a large covered patio and a pool. Construction was completed in just under 10 months.
